Updating Your Account Information

You can update your HomeTouch Ministry membership anytime at your convenience by simply logging into the website. 

Under Membership & Billing you can:

  • Update your mailing address 
  • Update your e-mail address
  • Update your church or account name
  • Change your username and password
  • Make a Payment
  • Cancel your membership.

To update your account information, click on My Account after you have logged into the website.

You can manage any updates to your account by clicking on any of the My Account links.

Updating your information

Click the Change Email or address link to update:

  • The name on the account
  • The shipping or billing address
  • Phone number or email address. 

Click Billing history link to see all previous invoices and payments on your

Click Manage payment info to pay an invoice or change your credit card on file.

Click Change Password link to update your password.

Canceling your subscription

Click Cancel Your Subscription located on the left under Membership & Billing to inactivate your membership.
