Terms of Use

HomeTouch Ministry provides a subscription service, both through the mail and online delivery methods.

You have accepted these Terms of Service which govern your use of our service.

Membership

When you start your membership, you are signing up for a RISK-FREE trial offer for 30 days. You are subscribing for one full year or one full month but may cancel at any time during the first 30 days and receive a full refund. 

If you are enjoying HomeTouch Ministry, do nothing and your membership will automatically continue at the annual, 3-month, or monthly subscription rate for the plan you selected until you cancel your subscription.

Promotional Offers

We may from time to time offer special promotional offers. Offer eligibility is determined by HomeTouch Ministry at its sole discretion. Members with an existing or recent HomeTouch Ministry membership may not be eligible for certain introductory offers. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign up for the offer, or in other communications made available to you.

Billing and Cancellation

Billing Cycle. Valid credit card payment is required to purchase and continue a subscription to HomeTouch Ministry. Your card will be charged when you click on "Place Order." The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you signed up for the service. 

Your subscription will automatically continue and charge the credit card supplied until you cancel your subscription.  

Payment Methods. You understand the parent company, Communication Resources, Inc. will charge the credit card supplied through a secure third party. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number on historical account records. We transmit the entire encrypted credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

You can update your payment method at any time under "My Account".

Cancellation. You can cancel your HomeTouch Ministry subscription at any time. To cancel, click on "My Account" and follow the simple cancellation instructions on the screen. 

Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service at any time at our discretion.

Content in the Services

You acknowledge and agree that Communication Resources, Inc. owns all legal right, title, and interest in and to HomeTouch Ministry, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the services.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the services).

Copyright Policy

HomeTouch Ministry may be republished or reproduced for use within your own church, parish, or organization. By accepting these Terms of Service you agree to the Copyright Policy stated here.

Consent to Paperless Billing Invoices

By opting-in on the enrollment form, you consent to receive email notifications of invoices and receipts for this account as well as agree to the terms and conditions listed below:

The following terms and conditions of use are required for participation in the Paperless Billing program:

1. Agree to receive email notifications of the availability of an invoice for Communication Resources, Inc. products and subscription services.*
2. Agree that it is your responsibility to keep your email address associated with your account up-to-date.
3. Acknowledge the Paperless Billing notification will only be sent to the email address(s) registered with this Paperless Billing program.
4. Acknowledge Communication Resources, Inc. cannot guarantee that your email will be delivered to your inbox given the individual use of “SPAM” filters and privacy settings.

Communication Resources, Inc. reserves the right to cancel this service, change the terms of your use of this service, or terminate your use of this service at any time with or without cause. We also reserve the right to send you important billing invoices, receipts and other information about your account via the U.S. Postal Service.
